If you’re entering the solids stage — take a breath.
It doesn’t have to be perfect. It doesn’t have to be Pinterest-worthy. It doesn’t have to look like what everyone else is doing.
Focus on:
Iron-rich foods (lentils, egg, meat, beans)
Healthy fats (olive oil, avocado, butter)
Soft textures at first
Repetition — they need exposure
Zero pressure
Some days they eat everything. Some days they throw everything.
Both are normal.
And if you ever feel stuck, tired, or just want a change of scenery —we’ve made Wildflower a space where little ones can explore food at their pace while you sit down with something warm.
No judgment. No rush.
Just real life with babies 🤍
