how wildflower began

Wildflower Copenhagen was created by two people whose lives changed in the most transformative and beautiful way — by becoming parents.
In the early months of caring for a tiny human, we discovered a new rhythm of living: slower, softer, messier, and far more meaningful.

We learned to appreciate the small joys — morning walks with a stroller, shared meals eaten one-handed, naps that didn’t go as planned, laughter in the middle of chaos, and the quiet, grounding moments that reminded us to breathe.
Parenthood humbled us, stretched us, and opened our eyes to what truly matters: nourishment, movement, connection, and community.

But it also revealed something missing in Copenhagen.So many parents, families, and individuals move through their days isolated — trying to balance work, identity, mental load, and caregiving without spaces that support real life.
