1. Introduction
Welcome to Wildflower Copenhagen (“Wildflower,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, café,
studio classes, events, workshops, and related services.
By visiting Wildflower or using any of our services, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website or services.
2. Definitions
Website refers to wildflowercph.com or any related Wildflower digital platform.
Services include the café, studio classes, workshops, events, kids/family spaces, catering, and online bookings.
Client/User refers to any individual visiting our website or using our services.
3. Use of the Website
You agree not to misuse our website, interrupt its functionality, or engage in unlawful or harmful activity.
We may update the website or make changes at any time without prior notice.
4. Café
4.1 Reservations
Walk-ins are welcome; reservations may be required during peak times.
Tables may be released if guests arrive more than 15 minutes late.
4.2 Allergies & Dietary Notes
We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Please inform staff of allergies; while we take care, cross-contamination may occur.
4.3 Behaviour & Atmosphere
Wildflower is a family-friendly, community-oriented space.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving disruptively or unsafely.
5. Studio & Movement Classes
5.1 Bookings
All studio classes must be booked through our scheduling system.
A confirmation email will be sent upon booking.
5.2 Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before class start.
Late cancellations and no-shows may result in loss of the class credit or full class fee.
5.3 Late Entry
Don't hesitate to come if you are a parent with a baby; But other events, please observe timeliness.
5.4 Health & Personal Responsibility (Disclaimer)
By participating in classes, you acknowledge:
You are physically able to take part in exercise activities.
You assume responsibility for your own health and wellbeing during classes.
Wildflower is not liable for physical injuries unless caused by our gross negligence.
Participants should consult a healthcare provider before engaging in new or intensive movement programs.
6. Events, Workshops & Community Activities
6.1 Booking & Payment
Your booking is confirmed only once payment is completed.
Some events may require pre-payment, deposits, or non-refundable tickets.
6.2 Rescheduling & Changes
We may adjust event times, instructors, or details as needed.
If Wildflower cancels an event, guests will receive a refund or event credit.
7. Families, Children & Kids Zone (Disclaimer)
7.1 Parental Supervision
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
Wildflower staff do not provide childcare or supervision
unless explicitly stated for an event.
7.2 Safety & Equipment Use
Children must remain in designated play areas and use equipment appropriately.
Wildflower is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment or lack of supervision.
7.3 Personal Belongings
Wildflower is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
8. Catering Terms
8.1 Orders & Deposits
Catering requests may require a deposit or full pre-payment depending
on the event size and order type.
8.2 Cancellations & Adjustments
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event may be non-refundable.
Menu changes depend on seasonality and product availability.
9. Refund Policy (Café, Studio, and Events)
9.1 Café
Payments made in-store for food and drinks are non-refundable once the order is prepared.
If an error occurs, please speak to staff so we may resolve the issue.
9.2 Studio Classes
Class fees are non-refundable once purchased.
Class passes may have expiration dates.
No refunds for unused classes unless required by Danish consumer law.
9.3 Events & Workshops
Event tickets are non-refundable unless Wildflower cancels the event.
If Wildflower initiates a cancellation, guests may choose a refund or event credit.
9.4 Catering
Refunds depend on the order size and timing of cancellation (see Catering Terms).
10. Gift Cards & Subscriptions
10.1 Gift Cards
Validity
Wildflower gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
The expiry date is stated on the gift card or confirmation email.
Unused balances after expiry cannot be redeemed.
Use
Gift cards may be used for café food and drinks, studio and movement classes, workshops, events, and kids/family activities where applicable.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other gift cards.
Loss & Misuse
Gift cards should be treated as cash.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced unless valid proof of purchase is provided.
Wildflower reserves the right to cancel gift cards in cases of misuse or fraud.
10.2 Subscriptions
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled.
All prices are stated in DKK and include VAT where applicable.
Cancellation
Subscriptions are non-binding unless stated otherwise and may be cancelled with at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
Access remains valid until the end of the paid period.
Pauses & Missed Sessions
One pause of up to 30 days is permitted per subscription if requested in advance.
Missed sessions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Health & Responsibility
Participation is at your own responsibility.
Please inform instructors of relevant health conditions.
Parents or guardians are responsible for their children during sessions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

12. Payments & Billing
We accept major debit/credit cards and the payment methods listed on our website.
All payments are securely handled by third-party providers;
Wildflower does not store full card details.
13. Privacy Policy (GDPR Compliant)

Name, email, phone number (for bookings & communication)
Payment details (processed via secure third-party systems)
Class/event attendance
Newsletter subscriptions

Injuries resulting from misuse of equipment or lack of supervision
Indirect or incidental damages
Any issues caused by third-party booking systems
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Danish law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions as needed.
Any updates will be published on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
